This page covers only the public website at schoolbasecloud.com and contact with DigitAI Solutions. It does not describe a production school tenant. The local demonstration school uses fictional records; agreed data-protection and operational checks are required before real student data is processed.

What this site receives from you
When the site is requested, your browser sends technically necessary connection data to the web server, in particular the IP address, time and page requested. Without your permission, this website sets no optional analytics or advertising cookies and loads no external trackers.
If you write to us
We receive whatever you put in the message: name, email address, school and your enquiry. We use it to reply and to keep track of the conversation, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Requesting a demonstration
The enquiry form processes your school, contact name, business email, role, country and selected administrative workflow; optional details describe school size and your request. Do not enter pupil, family, health or payment data. We use these details solely to handle and assign your enquiry, on the basis of pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Technical protection and receipt
The enquiry flow uses a technically necessary session to protect against requests from other sites. Enquiries are stored outside the publicly accessible website directory. For abuse prevention, the connection address is transformed into a non-plain-text verification value and used for a limited time to limit repeated requests. A reference confirms stored receipt; it does not confirm an appointment or a contract. Advertising or analytics identifiers are not transmitted to advertising networks.
Handling and recipients
The enquiry is stored in DigitAI Solutions’ protected hosting area and is accessible only to the people assigned to handle it. If internal email notification is configured, the responsible staff also receive the request through our email service. DigitAI Solutions LLC remains responsible. Processing business enquiries does not replace the separate arrangements required to operate a customer school with real pupil data.
Who receives data
The hosting provider receives the technically necessary connection data when a page is requested. An email passes through the sender's and recipient's mail providers and is then handled by DigitAI Solutions. Without your permission, this website sends nothing to advertising networks or analytics services. Please do not send student data in an initial enquiry.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries and technically necessary log data are retained only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, operate the service securely and meet legal obligations. They are then deleted or anonymised.
Fonts, images and films
Fonts, icons and images load from schoolbasecloud.com. Our product films play directly from schoolbasecloud.com, using the browser’s video player. When films are requested, that server receives the technically necessary connection data. No external video player is embedded.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). An email to hallo@schoolbasecloud.com is enough. You may also complain to a supervisory authority.
Not covered by this page
This privacy notice covers the public product website. The demonstration schools and school software are separate applications. Demos use fictional data; please do not enter personal data there. Responsibilities, data processing, access permissions, connected services and retention are agreed separately for customer schools. The “Data & GDPR” page describes preparation for implementation.
Optional advertising measurement
Only with your permission, Microsoft Advertising UET records page views, enquiry steps, technical errors and confirmed enquiry receipts to measure advertising results. We send the brand and step names, not form answers, names, email addresses or phone numbers. Microsoft also receives technical connection data and may use UET identifiers. We do not activate Clarity or session recordings. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. With consent, approved campaign identifiers and the Microsoft click identifier are retained in this tab for up to 24 hours and attached to a submitted enquiry for internal attribution. You can withdraw through Privacy settings in the footer; new measurement then stops and our attribution storage and UET cookies are removed. Without consent, the enquiry still works.
